During the disposal of molten steel, the molten steel will release a lot of gas, and at the same time, some small particles such as fine oxide powder will be sucked into the vacuum pump. Small particles will accumulate and adhere to the pump body, which reduces the conductance of the pumping pipeline, prolongs the pumping time, and reduces the pumping function of the pump.

Influence of the structure of the pump body: For a single-stage vacuum pump, the most easily worn part is the steam nozzle. After the nozzle is worn, it will not only affect the performance of the pump, but also increase the operating cost of the system.
