Precautions for paper and plastic packaging machine packaging:

1. Keep the sealing surface clean to avoid oxidation of residues on the sealing surface and reduce the life of the electric heating belt.

2. Do not wipe the sealing surface with a wet cloth.

3. When replacing the electric heating belt, check the integrity of the pad. If damaged, replace it in time.

4. Check the sealing position after long-term use to avoid loose sealing.

Loose sealing is one of the common faults of paper and plastic packaging machine packaging:

1. The sealing part of the packaging part cannot be sealed.

2. Under the pressure of the sealing knife, the packaging part needs to be sealed, but if it is squeezed or torn with a little force, the seal will crack again.

3. When the seal is peeled off, half of the seal is firmly closed and half is separated.

4. Moisture and dirt in the packaging part will also cause loose sealing.
