Nickel is an excellent corrosion-resistant functional material, and when combined with chromium in stainless steel rods, the corrosion resistance and manufacturing process system performance of stainless steel can be improved by certain enterprises. However, in order to obtain a pure austenitic structure, low-carbon nickel steel needs to have a nickel content of 24%, and only when we have a nickel content of 27%, can the corrosion resistance performance of the steel in certain working media be significantly improved.

Therefore, from a material perspective, 800, 840, and 316L are relatively good corrosion and high-temperature resistant stainless steel silicone rubber heaters.
