The pitch and length of vacuum heat treatment equipment must meet the original technical requirements
Due to the partial failure of the box-type resistance furnace, the entire equipment does not have to be scrapped. The material, diameter, pitch and length of the repair welding resistance wire must meet the original technical requirements. The newly repaired resistance wire must not have defects such as cracks, corrosion, etc., and must be dense and uniform.
When using the old resistance wire, the resistance wire must not have obvious uneven thickness, oxidation corrosion, crack deformation, aging and brittleness. Old sucker rods must not have severe oxidation and corrosion.
The resistance wire of the box-type resistance furnace is usually not guaranteed, so the user must add more snacks during use, and cannot make it work above the rated temperature, nor can it work for a long time at the rated temperature. Rated to minus 70°C for long-term operation. This extends the life of the resistance wire and reduces costs.
Vacuum heat treatment equipment is replaced by gas welding or torch baking
For wires that are easy to sag, please check whether the small hooks of the wires are working properly (the hooks of the resistance strip must be firm, pressed, inserted and not loose), and can be replaced by gas welding or torch baking. Soften, then return to its original shape and size, and wear the porcelain tube (the mandrel can be worn in the porcelain tube) in the box-type resistance furnace wire.
If two porcelain tubes are used at the same time, the ends of the porcelain tubes must be closed. If the resistance wire of the box type resistance furnace is usually broken, it can be directly welded. Replacement methods are often available for parts that have collapsed so badly that they cannot be straightened, and that locally overheated parts are severely damaged.
