If steam heating is used, the temperature is generally below 140 degrees, making it difficult to adapt to chemical reactions with high reaction temperature requirements.
To solve the above technical problems, we propose a reaction kettle electric heating device that uses thermal oil as the medium and utilizes the thermal cycle between electric heating oil tanks to continuously and uniformly supply heat to the reaction kettle.
A reaction kettle electric heating device includes a reaction kettle, the outer wall of the reaction kettle is covered with a jacket, and a thermal conductivity cavity is provided between the jacket and the reaction kettle; The lower end of the thermal conductivity cavity is connected to a circulating pump, and the other end of the circulating pump is connected to an oil tank; The upper end of the thermal conductivity cavity is connected to the oil groove; A heating device is installed on one side of the oil tank.
In this way, the heating temperature range of the reaction kettle is wide, reaching over 180 ℃, and the heating is uniform, without the occurrence of local high temperatures. In addition, there is no open flame generated during use, and the safety factor is high.
