Nickel chromium electric heating wire: good plasticity, strong corrosion resistance, not easy to deform after long-term high-temperature use, long service life, and relatively expensive price.

How should customers choose the internal heating wire of the heating tube, and how should they consider the price cost, usage temperature, and usage frequency?

Price cost: Generally, nickel chromium is several times more expensive than iron chromium aluminum in terms of price cost, so considering the actual needs, choose a suitable electric heating wire.

Usage temperature: In terms of usage temperature, iron chromium aluminum has a higher temperature. However, in long-term high-temperature environments, iron chromium aluminum is more prone to deformation and bending than nickel chromium, which can affect its service life. Therefore, it is generally recommended to use nickel chromium electric heating wires in high-temperature environments, which have a long service life and are not easily deformed.

Usage frequency: Nickel chromium electric heating wire has better stability and plasticity than iron chromium aluminum electric heating wire. Therefore, in long-term and high load usage environments, using nickel chromium electric heating wire will ensure its lifespan and usage.
