While phasing out outdated equipment, enterprises should also draw on advanced management experience and technology from abroad. Therefore, energy conservation and consumption reduction should not only be limited to pure industrial production, but also extend to upstream talent cultivation and higher education in China, continuously improving the teaching level of energy efficiency and energy management courses, and making them more in line with China's market demand.

Energy conservation and emission reduction require promoting the adjustment of energy structure. However, as long as the Chinese economy continues to develop, it needs to continuously increase energy.
