The significance of temperature uniformity for industrial mesh belt furnaces

Temperature uniformity refers to the difference between the maximum and minimum values of the measured average temperatures at each test point in the working space of the temperature test equipment within a specified time period after the temperature test equipment is stabilized. Why does industrial furnaces exhibit uneven temperature uniformity? It is well known that whether it is a box furnace, a mesh belt furnace, or a tubular furnace, they all have a certain amount of space to place the firing object, and the size of the space is also designed based on the firing object. The heating method of furnace equipment is arranged according to the furnace chamber, but the temperature runs upward, so no matter how reasonable the heating layout is, there will be several points or individual points in the furnace chamber whose temperature is different from other locations, This temperature difference will have a direct relationship with the shape of your furnace cavity and the size of the heating element layout. Theoretically, the smaller the temperature uniformity deviation, the better, but there will be significant differences in equipment manufacturing costs. The accuracy of most temperature control instruments on the market is also ± 1 ℃, so the temperature difference must exist.
