The Structure of Single-Ended Electric Heating Tube

Single-ended electric heating tubes are mainly made of the following materials:

1. Metal tube: Stainless steel (such as SS304, SS316, SS321) is usually used as the outer shell of the electric heating tube, which has good corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity.

2. Heating wire: The heating wire is the core heating element of the single-ended electric heating tube. Commonly used materials are nickel-chromium or iron-chromium alloy wire. These materials have high resistivity and can generate heat when powered on.

3. Insulating material: The insulating material filled around the heating wire is usually high-purity magnesium oxide powder. This material not only has good insulation properties, but also has a high thermal conductivity, which helps to evenly transfer the heat generated by the heating wire to the metal tube.

4. Lead wire: The lead wire of the single-ended electric heating tube usually uses high-temperature resistant wires, such as high-temperature glass fiber wire, Teflon wire or silicone wire. These wires are used to introduce current into the heating wire and withstand high temperature environments.

In addition to the above main materials, single-ended electric heating tubes may also include other auxiliary materials, such as sealing materials, insulating tapes, etc., to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the electric heating tube. During the manufacturing process, these materials are precisely processed and assembled to form electric heating tube products with excellent performance and long life.
