Safety Control System: Install an advanced temperature control and monitoring system that automatically monitors the oven temperature and triggers an alarm or automatically shuts off the heating source when the set upper limit is reached. This is commonly referred to as over-temperature power-off, or over-temperature heating shutdown. Alternatively, multiple temperature sensors can be installed within the oven to ensure that the temperature at each location is monitored. This allows for early detection of local overheating. This solution is suitable for fine chemical production. Simply put, it involves implementing multiple over-temperature power-off mechanisms to mitigate potential over-temperature failures. Having multiple over-temperature power-off mechanisms ensures a foolproof process, thus ensuring safe production.
Temperature Alarm System: A temperature alarm system should be installed to immediately notify the operator or relevant personnel when the temperature approaches or reaches a dangerous level, allowing them to take necessary measures. This alarm should only be used if the automatic over-temperature power-off function fails or malfunctions. Oven manufacturers should link the oven's on-site temperature display and temperature control switch signals to the user's central control room or equipment operation and control network platform. This also ensures production safety.
Cooling System: A cooling system, such as a fan or air circulation device, should be installed to ensure even distribution of hot air and prevent localized overheating. An over-temperature exhaust function can be implemented in the raw material barrel oven control. Simply put, this automatically activates the exhaust system when the temperature exceeds a set value, ensuring that the oven temperature does not exceed the set temperature and maintains a constant operating temperature. This feature requires the owner's approval before implementation, as it involves a series of exhaust gas treatment operations. If an overtemperature issue occurs, immediately take necessary emergency measures, such as shutting off the power supply and inspecting and repairing the equipment.
