The working principle and application range of electric heaters

Electric heater is an internationally popular electric heating equipment. Used for warming, insulating, and heating flowing liquid and gaseous media. When the heating medium is under the influence of pressure, according to the heating chamber of the electric heater, the fluid thermal principle is used to evenly remove the enormous heat generated by the operation of the electric heating material, so that the temperature of the heated medium meets the customer's process standards.
working principle
Fluid explosion-proof electric heater is a type of heater that converts electrical energy into thermal energy to heat materials that need to be heated. At work, low-temperature fluid medium enters its input port under the influence of pressure in the pipeline, follows a specific heat exchange channel inside the electric heating vessel, and is designed using the principle of fluid thermodynamics to take away the high-temperature thermal energy formed during the operation of the electric heating material, causing the temperature of the heated medium to rise. The outlet of the electric heater obtains the high-temperature medium according to the process standard. The internal control system of the electric heater automatically adjusts the power of the electric heater based on the temperature sensor signal at the export port, so that the medium temperature at the export port is uniform; When the heating element overheats, the independent overheat protection device of the heating element immediately disconnects the heating power supply, preventing the heating material from overheating and causing slagging, deterioration, carbonization, and in severe cases, burning the heating element, effectively increasing the service life of the electric heater.
application area
Typical applications of fluid explosion-proof electric heaters include:
1. Chemical materials in the chemical industry are heated, some powders are dried under certain pressure, and chemical processes and spraying are dried.
2. Heating of nitrogen oxides, including crude oil, heavy oil, fuel oil, heat transfer oil, lubricating oil, paraffin, etc
3. Process water, saturated steam, molten salt, nitrogen (air) gas, water gas, and other fluids that require heating are heated up.
Due to its explosion-proof structure, the equipment can be widely used in chemical, military, crude oil, natural gas, offshore platforms, ships, mining areas and other explosion-proof sites.
