The working principle of radiation electric heating tubes
Electric heating radiation tube is a type of device that converts electrical energy into thermal energy to heat materials that need to be heated. 1. Linear spiral wrapped electric heating radiation tube
This type of electric heating radiation tube is composed of a heat-resistant alloy steel sleeve and a heater, which is generally wound by a heating wire on a heat-resistant insulating ceramic tube core with spiral grooves.
2. Strip spiral wrapped electric heating radiation tube
The construction of this type of heater is mostly the same as the first type, except that the heating element uses resistance with coil inductance, and the tube core is mostly composed of several sorted tube cores. Under the same surface load, the heat transfer surface is large, and raw materials can be saved. Generally, this type of method is used for high-power point heating radiation tubes.
3. Vertical electric heating radiation tube with a zigzag cage (also known as squirrel cage type)
Its structure is to roll the heating element's electric heating wire (strip) into a "U" shape and string it into several insulated and heat-resistant ceramic support points, with a heat-resistant rod fixed in the middle. This type of radiation tube has a longer service life.
