Thermal resistance temperature transmitter calibration method
Leave a message
Thermocouple temperature transmitter is a relatively common detection tool in modern industry. Thermocouple temperature transmitter is used in many fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, light industry, prevention, food, etc. In order to ensure the normal application of thermocouple temperature transmitter and reduce the interference of deviation to application during application, it is necessary to calibrate the thermocouple temperature transmitter before use. So what are the calibration methods for thermal resistance temperature transmitter?
1. Equipment requirements: one Sukong brand process calibrator;
2. Wiring according to the system connection method;
3. According to the sensor and range range indicated on the transmitter nameplate, input the corresponding resistance value to make the output 1V and 5V (the zero point potentiometer and the full scale potentiometer can be adjusted);
4. Input each resistance value according to the decimal point of the range to check whether each temperature output meets the accuracy range;
5. Test according to the technical indicators in the manual, which should meet the technical requirements.
Thermistor temperature transmitter is one type of integrated temperature transmitter, and the other type is thermocouple temperature transmitter. However, when using it, it is necessary to distinguish between thermal resistors and thermal resistor temperature transmitters.
