Thermocouple components

The assembly of thermocouples mainly consists of terminal boxes, protective tubes, insulation sleeves, connecting terminals, and thermoelectric electrodes, and is composed of several main fixing devices for compensating wires. Compensation wire is a special type of wire used for signal transmission between thermocouples and secondary (base) instruments, eliminating measurement errors caused by changes in thermocouple temperature and ensuring the instrument's measurement of medium temperature. Connect the thermocouple and measuring device with them to compensate for errors caused by temperature changes at the thermocouple connection. Compensation wires should be divided into extension type and compensation type according to the material of the core alloy wire.
