Treatment of High Resistance in Electric Boiler System

1. Check the boiler's pressure gauge, water level gauge, safety valve, sewage collector, water supply valve, steam valve, etc. to ensure they meet performance requirements and that all other valves are intact. Gas-fired hot water boilers offer significant advantages such as environmental friendliness, energy saving, safety, and fully automatic operation, making them very convenient to use. Furthermore, fuel-fired hot water boilers are becoming increasingly popular due to economic benefits and government policies.

2. The boiler's automatic control system, including flame detectors, water level and temperature sensors, alarms, and various interlocking devices, displays the performance status of the control system and other components to ensure compliance.

3. This situation is even more pronounced when the boilers have different capacities. In the improved system, each boiler has its own main steam pressure regulator, which uses a proportional regulator. The proportional band can be set based on the load capacity of each boiler without affecting each other. The original system's fuel regulation subsystem's main circuit was non-differential. The improved system's fuel regulation subsystem's main circuit is differential. When the main pressure is outside the rated range, the setpoint for each boiler's pressure is changed (equivalent to maintaining the pilot pressure by changing the position of the synchronizer in the turbine regulation system).

4. The electric boiler system suffers from high resistance and insufficient air supply. This is due to the mixing of fuel particles, with pulverized coal occupying the gaps between the coal lumps and being squeezed by the gate when entering the grate, resulting in poor air permeability. First, this large coal mass cannot be burned. Fire still remains when the slag is discharged, causing slag to clog the area and resulting in a high carbon content in the residue. Second, there is severe pulverized coal leakage. Third, high resistance increases the explosion load and the number of induced draft fans, resulting in high energy consumption, low furnace temperatures, poor coal quality, and poor combustion conditions, sometimes even extinguishing the fire.
