When the boiler is started in cold state, the temperature of the medium in the system is the full temperature under 4.12Mpa pressure, the trap is fully opened, and the furnace burning rate is increased to increase the superheated steam temperature to speed up the starting speed. When starting in a hot state, in order to remove the condensate in the superheater system, the trap also needs to be opened, so the design pressure and temperature of the pipeline in front of the pressure reducing device are the same as those of the coated superheater. The temperature of the superheated steam during the start-up is controlled by the furnace burning rate, and the pressure of the superheated steam is controlled by the trap. When the unit is connected to the grid, the trap is closed.

The temperature control of superheated steam is not only affected by the swing of the incinerator nozzle, but also mainly depends on water spraying. A total of two-stage water spray desuperheater is installed. The first-level desuperheater is located on the inlet pipe of the partition screen to control the inlet pipe of the partition screen. For steam temperature, the second-stage desuperheater is on the inlet pipe of the final superheater to control the outlet steam temperature of the high-temperature superheater.

For reheating steam temperature adjustment, the viewpoint of the swing burner nozzle is mainly used to change the height of the flame center, thereby changing the temperature of the flue gas at the furnace outlet. The nozzle swings up and down, and the viewpoint is about 30° each. Because the reheater is arranged in the high temperature flue gas area at the outlet of the furnace, it is more sensitive to the temperature adjustment of the swing nozzle. When the load is lower than a certain value, the excess air coefficient can be changed for adjustment.

 

In addition, there are two incidental water spray desuperheaters at the inlet of the reheater of the trolley furnace. The nozzle is a Monok nozzle, which is used to control the steam temperature of the reheated steam inlet in an emergency state.
