1. Automatic flameout of diesel air compressor during use
Generally, the diesel air compressor has insufficient oil supply. The inspection is mainly carried out on each oil circuit starting from the diesel engine oil tank, especially whether the filter screen in the oil tank is blocked, whether there are cracks at the brazed connection of the filter pipe, and whether there is air leakage at each connection. After reinstallation and inspection, use a manual pump to pump oil, remove air, restart and check the operation. If the problem cannot be solved, contact the Diesel Engine Service Department in a timely manner. Generally, the diesel engine oil pump needs to be placed on a professional oil pump test bench for testing.
2. Diesel air compressor emits black smoke and stalls
Stop the machine first, separate the clutch, and turn the air compressor to see if it is easy. If the air compressor does not rotate, check the air compressor. If the rotation is easy, check whether the oil nozzle is stuck. When the diesel engine is unloaded, loosen the high-pressure oil pipes one by one to see if the rotational speed of the diesel engine changes. If there is no change after loosening, the nozzle will bite. Generally, replace the nozzle coupling, and then smell whether there is a burning smell at the friction plate and whether the clutch disengages freely to determine whether the friction plate is worn.
3. Emit blue smoke

The cylinder and piston ring of the diesel air compressor are worn and there is oil burning phenomenon.
