Troubleshooting of air dry heating tube

Common symptoms of dry-burning air heaters:

1. Current leakage (a phenomenon characterized by the automatic circuit breaker or residual current protection switch tripping, preventing the heater from heating). This condition accounts for over 90% of heater failures.

2. No heating response when powered on (electrode parts may be detached, poor contact, or wires may be broken at the junction box).

3. Visible cracks on the ceramic tube surface (e.g., cracks in the heater tube, tungsten alloy heating wire broken by excessive current).

Common troubleshooting for dry-burning air heaters:

1. If the leakage current of the heater itself exceeds the typical value, we recommend contacting the manufacturer for replacement to minimize performance issues. For example, if the junction box is flooded, dry it with hot air. For broken wires, wrap them with tape or replace the wires.

2. If the heater fails to heat when powered on, this is usually caused by the heating wire breaking due to a sudden surge of current. In this case, we recommend that users strictly follow the product instructions. Heaters with physical damage cannot be repaired and must be replaced. If the wiring or connector is broken or loose, reconnect them.

3. If the heating tube is cracked or broken, it can only be replaced.
