Block the water outlet of the intermediate frequency power supply to install a water pressure switch inside the temporary water pressure source. When cold, turn it up to turn on the water pressure switch. After the alarm is cleared, restore the water outlet.

Overheat fault: The overheat indicator light is on; Alarm, unable to heat up. Fault reason: The temperature of the intermediate frequency power supply radiator is too high. Detection method: Unplug the 2-core aviation plug connection between the intermediate frequency power supply and the capacitor box. If the alarm can be eliminated, it indicates that the temperature inside the capacitor box is too high; If the overheat alarm continues, it indicates that the internal temperature of the intermediate frequency power supply is too high. Reducing the temperature of the cooling water can eliminate overheating alarms.

The panel short circuit light is on and the alarm is constantly on; Fault cause: The charging resistor is damaged. Detection method: Measure whether the 2008/20W large resistor is open circuit or live. The output voltage of the filter capacitor should be 500V; Replace the damaged resistor.
