A pipeline heater is an energy-saving device that pre heats materials. During the operation of the pipeline heater, the low-temperature fluid medium enters its input port through the pipeline under pressure, and follows a specific heat exchange channel inside the electric heating container. The path designed using the fluid thermodynamics principle of the pipeline heater takes away the high-temperature thermal energy generated by the electric heating element in the pipeline heater, causing the temperature of the heated medium in the pipeline heater to rise, and the outlet of the electric heater obtains the high-temperature medium required by the process. The internal control system of the electric heater automatically adjusts the output power of the electric heater based on the temperature sensor signal at the output port, so that the medium temperature at the output port of the air electric heater is uniform; When the heating element of the pipeline heater exceeds the temperature limit, the independent overheating protection device of the heating element immediately cuts off the heating power supply to prevent the heating material in the pipeline heater from overheating and causing coking, deterioration, and carbonization. In severe cases, it can cause the heating element in the pipeline heater to burn out, effectively extending the service life of the electric heater.

Pipeline heaters are also an internationally popular high-quality, long-life electric heating equipment. Pipeline heaters are used for heating, insulation, and heating of flowing liquid and gaseous media. When the heating medium in the air electric heater passes through the heating chamber of the electric heater under pressure, the huge heat generated by the electric heating element in the air electric heater during operation is uniformly carried away using the principle of fluid thermodynamics, so that the temperature of the heated medium in the air electric heater meets the user's process requirements.
