1. Pressing mold
The pressing mould is also known as the ordinary pressing mould. The processing method is to put the semi-finished rubber material directly into the mold, and then send it to the plate vulcanizer for pressure heating, and then vulcanize it later.
Features: The mold has simple structure, strong versatility, wide range of use and simple operation, which accounts for a large proportion of rubber molding products.
2. Die-casting mold
Die casting mould is also called transmission mould or extrusion mould. The processing method is as follows: put a certain amount of semi-finished rubber into the cavity of the die-casting mold, and then squeeze the rubber with the pressure of the die-casting plug, so that the rubber is finally vulcanized through the pouring system.
Features: Compared with ordinary moulds, the processing of die-casting moulds is more complex. The product produced by this mold has good density and quality, but it is not suitable for manufacturing thin, thin and flexible products.
3. Injection molding mold
The processing method of injection mold is efficient and fast. The pre-heating glue is injected into the mold through the pouring system for molding and curing.
Features: complex structure, high production efficiency, stable quality, automatic production. It is applicable to large, thick-walled and variable shape mold products.
4. Extrusion molding mold
Extrusion molding mold can be used to manufacture semi-finished rubber profiles of various cross-section shapes through the head molding mold to achieve the purpose of preliminary molding, and then transported to the curing tank for curing after cooling and molding.
Features: high production efficiency, stable quality, and production automation.
