Understanding the construction of various components in the trolley annealing furnace
Leave a message
In this article, let's learn about the construction of various components of the car annealing furnace together to better operate the equipment:
1. Trolley structure:
The trolley frame is a welded structure, with wheels installed at the bottom. The electric motor installed in the pit moves the rack at the bottom of the trolley through a large reducer and transmission gear, causing it to move forward and backward. The upper part of the trolley is constructed by mixing refractory bricks and refractory concrete. There are four flue ducts left in the middle, and there are many adjustable air holes and flue ducts connected to the surface of the trolley, which allow the combustion smoke to be discharged from here and heat the furnace bottom at the same time, avoiding the phenomenon of blackening at the bottom of the workpiece.
2. Furnace structure:
The outer frame of the furnace body is a welded steel structure. Light clay bricks are laid inside the masonry on both sides and below the combustion chamber, and red bricks are laid outside. The combustion chamber and fire wall are made of high aluminum bricks. Ten combustion chambers are arranged on each side of the bottom, and there is a continuous fire wall in front of the combustion chamber to prevent high-temperature smoke from directly washing the workpiece. There is a set of mixed cold air ducts on both sides of the furnace wall, which spray diagonally towards the top of the fire wall to mix it with the combustion products as a whole, in order to supplement and regulate the furnace temperature of the annealing furnace.
3. Furnace door structure:
The furnace door is a welded structure embedded with aluminum silicate refractory fibers. Manually controlled by an electric hoist, there are two travel switch baffles on the upper part of the furnace door. When it rises to a predetermined height, either side of the travel switch is triggered to stop the furnace door from rising, in order to protect the furnace door and frame.
4. Electrical control system:
The electrical control system is mostly concentrated in the control room, including 5-point furnace temperature display, 1-point furnace pressure and wind pressure display, and 1-point temperature circular chart recording. The relevant buttons for controlling the fan also have backup buttons that can be converted and controlled in the fan room. The buttons for controlling the lifting of the furnace door and the entry and exit of the trolley are located in the operation box at the furnace mouth. The lifting of the annealing furnace door is controlled by a jog, and the stop button on the trolley has a braking function. In addition, during maintenance, there is a jog button on the trolley for easy operation.
5. Smoke duct structure:
The flue is located behind the furnace body, and there are four branch ducts on the end wall facing the four flue openings of the trolley. The branch ducts converge into the horizontal flue and enter the bottom of the chimney. The chimney is 20 meters high. In order to reduce its own weight, the bottom of the flue is made of steel plate structure with a wind cap above 3 meters. To improve the combustion condition during the start-up stage, a cooling air duct is installed at the bottom of the chimney. By spraying cooling, the flue gas flow rate can be increased, the suction force can be increased, and the surface temperature of the chimney can be reduced.
6. Combustion system:
The combustion system includes 20 wH-YJ-A fuel burners, corresponding piping systems, and fans. The characteristic of the annealing furnace is to use a large diameter tube for constant pressure fuel supply, which reduces the pressure fluctuation of the fuel along the direction of the furnace body. This ensures that the working conditions of each burner are relatively stable. Each fan is centrally arranged in the fan room to reduce noise and facilitate management.
