In recent years, due to national environmental protection and fire safety concerns, the use of traditional charcoal and gas barbecue grills has been restricted due to excessive smoke and fire hazards. With the government and industry actively promoting coal-to-electricity and gas-to-electricity conversion projects, various smokeless electric barbecue grills have become popular on the market. The barbecue grill industry has begun experimenting with various metal and quartz glass heating elements. After two to three years of trial, they discovered that both metal and quartz heating elements presented various issues in barbecue environments, such as leakage, short lifespan, peeling and breakdown, and fire and explosion. For many years, we have been producing ceramic heating plates for applications such as food insulation and steak grilling. In response to requests from multiple customers, we worked with our barbecue grill customers to develop and manufacture a ceramic heating plate for the barbecue industry. This product utilizes far-infrared heating to achieve the same results as traditional gas-fired far-infrared barbecue grills, while also offering excellent high-temperature and corrosion resistance, far exceeding the safety and longevity of metal and quartz glass heating elements. This also fundamentally addresses issues such as leakage, short lifespan, and tube breakdown. Ceramic heating plates also offer excellent energy savings, saving 30% compared to electric heating tubes.
Volcanic stone grilling is a growing trend worldwide. Volcanic stone originates from deep within the Earth's crust. Due to the extremely high temperatures there, the stone exists as volcanic magma. As volcanoes erupt, the magma rises to the surface, encountering water and low temperatures, where it begins to solidify. As air enters the condensation process, it gradually solidifies, forming numerous bubbles within the magma. Once fully solidified, the unique volcanic stone is formed.
Volcanic stone grills use electric heat as fuel, leveraging the volcanic stone's excellent thermal conductivity, stability, and strong adsorption capacity to ensure even heating throughout the grilling process, significantly improving efficiency. Because it's electrically heated, there's no need to worry about carbon black or residue clinging to the food. They also feature dual-side heating and a central water reservoir, preventing oil from dripping onto the heating plate, making grilling quick and convenient. The inner tank is made of stainless steel and can automatically flip 360 degrees without manual flipping. It is an ideal barbecue equipment for barbecue restaurants and BBQ restaurants.
