The surface of the workpiece is dehydrated and rotated by centrifugal force. After the electroplated workpiece is oxidized with hot water, it is loaded into the material basket of the centrifuge while it is still hot, and the drum of the centrifuge is driven at an appropriate speed to drive the basket and the workpiece to rotate. Introducing hot air into the centrifuge speeds up the drying process. When the centrifuge is used to dry flat workpieces (such as gaskets) and bowl-shaped workpieces, it should be started multiple times and dried repeatedly to prevent uneven drying due to mutual adhesion.

A method similar to the above-mentioned ideas and principles can be used to find and verify, that is, to change the mounting orientation or mounting direction of the workpiece on the hanger, and check whether the orientation has changed. For example, a factory decorates chrome-plated workpieces. When chrome-plated, the chrome-plated layers of the workpieces in the left and right rows of the hanger appear brown (occasionally, there are no faults). The factory has always believed that it was produced in the process of chrome plating, so it mainly found the cause from the chrome plating solution and the chrome plating process conditions. After more than half a year of search, there was no feather barrier. Later, the idea was changed, the bright nickel plated workpieces were exchanged on the hanger, the left and right rows of workpieces were replaced to the center, and the center workpiece was hung on the left and right rows for chrome plating. It was found that the chrome-plating problem was not in the left and right rows, but on the workpiece that was newly moved to the center position.
