What are Kistler's hot runner product models?

The two primary types of Kistler's popular hot runner pressure sensors are amplifier-integrated and direct output (miniature). Several installation and accuracy criteria are covered by common models:

1. Miniature Direct Output (Standard Hot Runners' Mainstream Model)

The most popular standard model is appropriate for the majority of hot runner installations:

The traditional basic model, the 4110A Series, has a range of 0-200bar and 0-500bar. Its dimensions meet international hot runner standards and allow for an output of 4–20 mA. It is appropriate for traditional injection molding operations and is a standard part of many imported hot runner systems.

4111A Series: An improved high-precision model with a 0.1%FS accuracy class and less zero-point drift. Ideal for high-precision injection molding of precise plastic components used in electronics and medicine. It costs about 20% more than the 4110A.

2. Built-in Amplifier (Simplified Wiring): An external signal module is not required because the amplifier is integrated into the sensor, making wiring simpler.

6115A Series: Small-pitch multi-cavity hot runner systems can benefit from this compact built-in amplifier, which saves installation space and directly outputs a standard signal with a range of 0 to 300 bar.

The 6125A Series is a high-temperature corrosion-resistant type that is ideal for high-temperature corrosive materials like fluoroplastics and PEEK. It comes equipped with an anti-corrosion diaphragm, which improves long-term high-temperature stability and is appropriate for processing unique materials.

3. Customized Models: The 9110B series high-pressure model, which supports a measuring range of up to 0-1000 bar and is appropriate for certain high-pressure injection molding processes, is another option for ultra-large cavity/high-pressure scenarios.

The 4110A basic model, which provides the finest cost-performance ratio and meets over 80% of traditional hot runner injection molding needs, is the most widely used model in the domestic market.
