Industrial electric heating pipes such as titanium Teflon electric heaters are mainly used in industries such as electroplating, chemical, electronics, and plastics. The conductivity of titanium Teflon is poor. Generally, the electric current of the hook outside the water is not greater than 0.26A2. Otherwise, the hook body heats up, leading to an increase in the temperature of the electroplating solution, an increase in cooling capacity, a waste of electrical energy, and even burning the plastic tank body due to heating. When it is found that the titanium basket hook becomes significantly hot, the number of titanium baskets or the cross-sectional size of the titanium basket hook can be increased to improve the conductivity of the titanium basket.
The main features of titanium Teflon electric heaters
1. The selected stainless steel (SUS316 or SUS304) electric heating tube inner core is made of Teflon tube (PTFE) with strong corrosion resistance, suitable for heating various corrosive liquids.
2. Low surface power design (1.5KW/square centimeter) ensures the service life of the product.
3. The installation position of the electric heater should pay attention to preventing solid deposits in the solution on the surface of the electric heater, or if the liquid is too thick or the liquid level is too low, it will burn out the PTFE tube due to poor surface heat dissipation.
4. The volume size of the electric heater cannot be arbitrarily reduced or the surface area can be reduced, otherwise the surface power of the electric heater will be too high, affecting its service life.
5. All electric heaters can be equipped with overheating protectors or PT100 temperature sensing probes to ensure product service life and equipment.
6. Due to the strong corrosion resistance and non adhesion of PTFE pipes, they are widely used for oxidizing acid polishing, chemical gold plating, chemical silver plating, chemical nickel plating, and heating of various high demand chemical solutions.
7. Multiple structural forms can be designed, such as spiral, L-shaped, U-shaped, W-shaped, mosquito coil type, combination type, etc.
