1. The drying temperature is difficult to rise
During drying, through the display screen of the laundry dry-cleaning machine, it can be seen that the drying temperature does not rise or rises slowly. Once encountering this situation, everyone should not hurry. This is because the steam condensate left in the pipe during the last washing and drying is blocked in front of the drain valve, causing the steam passage to be blocked. In this case, we only need to open the bypass of the drain valve at the outlet of the drying steam and drain the accumulated water.
2. Excessive drying time
The screen of the laundry dry-cleaning machine shows that the drying temperature is normal, but the recovery is slow, and the drying time is too long. This situation is mainly due to the fact that the cilia collector and the return air duct have not been cleaned for a long time, and many cilia have gathered together to form a narrow air duct, leading to infarction. The drying airflow cannot be dredged. It is simply necessary to clean the breeze duct of the cilia collector.
3. Machine filtration is not good
A laundry said that the filter could not absorb filter powder. Upon inquiry, it was learned that the laundry master forgot to close the connection valve between the filter and the distillation tank after cleaning the filter, and began to stop distillation. Therefore, the high-temperature steam generated during distillation passed through the connection valve and entered the filter, causing damage to the filter.
4. Machine does not fill with liquid
Although the liquid pump operates normally, no liquid enters the cylinder during liquid loading. The editor reminds me to first check whether the necessary conditions for starting the machine are met, namely, water, electricity, and gas. If there is no pressure in the compressed air, the pneumatic valve cannot be opened, so it cannot be filled with liquid. The air pressure required for the operation of the pneumatic valve is 0.4MPA, which is supplied by the air compressor.
5. Dry cleaning machine does not discharge liquid
This is because the outlet cylinder valve A10 does not open. Open the air cover and reset the A10 clip of the wiring terminal. Be sure to reset A10 after each time the dry cleaning machine is pumped.
6. Compressor active alarm shutdown
At this time, the screen of the laundry dry-cleaning machine shows that the condensation pressure is too high, which is mainly due to the cooling water valve not being opened. Note that before opening the compressor, it is necessary to open the cooling manual valve first. In addition, the above situation can also occur if the temperature of the cooling water is too high or the flow rate is too small, so it is necessary to adjust the compressor to its normal operation.
7. High speed fan overload when starting up
Due to the long term uncleaning of the cilia collector or air duct, it constitutes an overload of the high-speed fan. It is simple to open the cover of the power distribution box and reset the overload maintenance device of the high-speed fan.
8. It is difficult to increase the temperature during distillation
This is a mistake caused by negligence. Open the bypass drain valve at the outlet of the distillation steam to drain water, and the problem can be resolved in 3-5 seconds.
9. No liquid recovery during distillation
This can be said to be not a disadvantage of the dry cleaning machine, but a complete error in operation, which can occur if the cooling water is not turned on.
