What are the factors that affect the filling of aerated beverage filling lines

Generally, the main factor affecting filling is the viscosity of the liquid, followed by whether there are gases, solid particles, etc. dissolved in the liquid. Generally, liquids can be divided into the following types based on viscosity:
1. Fluid: mainly refers to any liquid that can flow through a circular tube at a certain speed under the action of its own gravity. The flow rate is mainly affected by fluid viscosity and pressure, and thin liquid materials with good fluidity, such as alcohol, fruit juice, milk, etc. These materials have low viscosity, good fluidity, low flow resistance in the pipeline, and low requirements for beverage equipment.

2. Semifluid: refers to a liquid that can flow in a circular tube under a pressure greater than its own gravity. It is a viscous liquid material with poor fluidity. If materials such as sauce, grease, etc. have a relatively large resistance when flowing in containers and pipes, they generally require a certain amount of pressure to meet predetermined requirements.
3. Viscous fluid: It mainly refers to a viscous liquid with a product viscosity exceeding 10000 centipoises and poor fluidity, which requires a relatively large external force to make it flow. Such as: jam, toothpaste, paste, high viscosity oil and other materials. These materials are generally difficult to flow in small beverage equipment pipelines, and external forces must be applied to promote their flow. Therefore, such materials have high requirements for beverage equipment in packaging.
For low viscosity liquid materials, according to whether the liquid contains carbon dioxide gas, it can be divided into two categories: non gas containing and gas containing; It can also be divided into soft drinks and hard drinks as to whether they contain alcohol.
Of course, the flow characteristics of fluids are also affected by factors such as temperature, viscosity, content of solid particles, decomposability, surface tension, or foaming characteristics. Therefore, these factors should be considered and controlled during the filling production of aerated beverages.
