4. Confirm the small leak detection rate and leak detection sensitivity of the detection instrument, detect air leakage in a large range, prevent some leaks from being neglected, and improve the accuracy of leak detection.

 

5. It is also necessary to prevent the blockage of the leakage holes of vacuum plating. Sometimes due to operational errors, there will be some dust or liquids that block the leakage holes during the vacuum plating process.
