What are the main uses of electric heating elements

Permissible usage conditions for electric heating tubes:

1. The relative humidity of the air shall not exceed 95%, and there shall be no explosive or corrosive gases.

The working voltage should not exceed 1.1 times the rated value, and the casing should be effectively grounded.

When heating liquid, the effective heating area must be completely immersed in the liquid, and empty burning is strictly prohibited. When scale or carbon deposits are found on the surface of pipes, they should be promptly cleaned and reused to avoid affecting heat dissipation and shortening service life.

When heating molten metal goods such as solid nitrate, alkali asphalt, paraffin, etc., the operating voltage should be lowered first, and the rated voltage can only be raised after the medium melts.

When heating nitrate, safety measures should be considered to prevent explosion accidents.

5. When heating the air, the components should be evenly arranged and crossed to provide good heat dissipation conditions and allow the flowing air to be fully heated.
