Air knife coater: Air knife coater has overcome the above shortcomings of brush coater and has been rapidly promoted, resulting in a sharp increase in the output of coated paper.
Scraper coater: Since then, the technology of scraper coater has developed rapidly. According to the different feeding equipment, scraper type and scraper installation position, the scraper coating head is also divided into many types, such as hard blade scraper coating machine, drag blade scraper coating machine, soft blade scraper coating machine, fountain type feeding scraper coating machine, short dwell scraper coating machine, Bill scraper coating machine, scraper roller coating machine, etc.
Roller coater: roller coater is used to apply coating to the coating surface with coating roller, and the internal coating is mainly based on this type of coater. The amount of coating can be adjusted by measuring the pressure between the rollers. When the pressure is increased, the amount of coating will be reduced.
