Operating procedures for trolley annealing furnace:
1. Before starting the trolley furnace, check for foreign objects and debris in all parts of the furnace and remove them.
2. Check if there are any abnormalities in each operating mechanism, and only after everything is normal can it be started.
3. Connect the main power switch in sequence, cut off the accident power supply, start the combustion fan, and start the exhaust gas induced draft fan.
4. Start the rotary and lateral systems of the trolley annealing furnace and check if they are functioning properly.
5. Inspect the gas pipeline according to the "Gas Safety Operation Regulations", blow the pipeline, and conduct a burst test after completion.

6. Microcomputer control, monitoring system, check whether the gas pressure meets the production requirements: ignition can only be carried out when the gas pressure is ≥ 3000Pa.
7. Start the exhaust fan of the annealing furnace on the trolley to blow and blow the furnace for 15-30 minutes. Open the water seal and check if it is functioning properly.
8. Check whether the gas meets the requirements according to the "Fire Safety Regulations" (observe by using a release hose for ignition).
9. The burner ignition adopts automatic ignition, first turn on a small amount of gas, and then provide appropriate air. If it cannot be ignited immediately, close the valve immediately, and conduct furnace release to identify the cause. Only after removing the fault can it be reignited.
10. After ignition, adjust the gas, air volume and flame length.
11. Adjust the pressure and temperature of the trolley annealing furnace (around 10Pa) and prepare for production.
12. Manual operation below 1800 ℃, automatic operation above 800 ℃. When igniting, turn on the gas first and then ventilate; When ceasing fire, turn off the gas first and then cut off the wind.
13. Check the operation of the roller and tube through the observation hole, pre stop and stop the rotation, and once discovered, immediately stop the operation.
14. When the trolley annealing furnace stops working, first turn off the burner, then turn off the water seal and the hand valve before the water seal (the hand valve before the water seal may not be closed during continuous production).
15. At 600 ℃, the trolley is driven and naturally cooled. The rotation can only be stopped when the furnace temperature reaches below 300 ℃.
16. After the furnace cools down, the blower and exhaust fan can be turned off, and then the electrical and microcomputer systems can be turned off.
17. The main control room personnel need to regularly check whether the temperature and process parameters in each area are normal, and promptly handle any abnormalities found.
18. Other regulations for trolley annealing furnace:
(1) Operators need to have strong energy-saving awareness.
(2) Operators should continuously learn, master, and apply excellent energy-saving experiences, methods, and skills.
(3) Operators must follow the characteristics of the equipment during operation to ensure energy conservation.
