1. Product Introduction
Thermal oil furnace, also known as thermal oil electric heater, is a new type of heat energy conversion heating equipment. Its working principle is: using electricity as energy, converting electrical energy into thermal energy through electric heating elements; using organic heat carrier (thermal oil) as heat transfer medium, forcing thermal oil to circulate in the system through high-temperature oil pump, repeatedly heating, meeting the heat user (heating equipment or heat cycle), meeting the process temperature and high-precision temperature control requirements set in the production process.
Generally speaking, the main unit of the oil heater (heating body, high-temperature oil pump and oil filter), expansion tank, electric control cabinet, etc. A heating system is assembled together with the heating equipment to form a forced liquid phase circulation. If the heat user (using heat equipment or using heat environment) has special requirements for the cooling process, the assembly of oil and water cooler in the system should be considered.

1. Able to obtain a higher working temperature (≤340℃) at a lower working pressure (0.5MPa). The operating pressure at a heating temperature of 300℃ is only one-seventh of the water saturated steam pressure.

6. The oil heater can be installed horizontally near the heat user (using heat equipment or using heat environment) to lay the foundation.
7. Under normal circumstances, the investment can be recovered in 3-6 months. The product is suitable for working environment with an altitude not exceeding 10,000 meters; the ambient temperature is within the range of 5-40℃; the relative humidity of the environment does not exceed 90%; there is no conductive dust, explosive gas and corrosive gas around, which can seriously damage metal and insulation; there is no obvious vibration.
III. Heating operation
1. After confirming that everything is normal through simulation operation, the heating operation can be carried out.
2. Adjust and set the parameter values of each instrument according to the heating requirements.
3. Start the oil pump.
4. Press the heating button, the heating indicator light is on, and the system starts to heat up. At this time, observe whether the indications of each instrument are correct. If there is a reverse mark or indication, check whether the thermocouple or thermal resistor connection is correct.
