Different expansion heads need to be replaced for metal pipes of different diameters, and each operation can only achieve the expansion of one metal pipe, resulting in low production efficiency.
The expansion tube machine is used to expand the diameter of numerous heat exchanger pipe fittings placed inside the heat sink, making them tightly integrated with the heat sink, avoiding looseness and increasing the thermal conductivity of the heat exchanger. In addition, the end of the pipe fittings is expanded and flanged to facilitate the next process. The existing ordinary vertical expansion pipe machine has low production efficiency and low degree of automation. Every time the product model is changed, it is necessary to readjust the positioning and clamping of the workpiece's stopper plate, which is very troublesome, requires a large workload, and the accuracy cannot be guaranteed. At the same time, during the expansion joint, the heat exchanger pipe fittings will experience certain shrinkage, and there are differences in the shrinkage of each heat exchanger pipe fitting, resulting in uneven ends of the heat exchanger pipes, significant waste of raw materials, and the use of machine movement time for workpiece loading and unloading, resulting in low work efficiency.
The existing vertical expansion pipe machines with high automation level include a frame, power seat, expansion seat, and withdrawal seat. The expansion rod is installed on the power seat, and passes through multiple support plates and is fixed and supported by the support plates. The power seat is generally driven directly by the oil cylinder installed on the frame. The stability of the entire dynamic mechanism is poor, and the ability to resist eccentric loads is weak. The workpiece is prone to deformation during the expansion process.
