What are the reasons for the short circuit of the single-ended electric heating tube?

In the process of moulding electric heating tubes, single-ended electric heating tubes are still widely used in other industrial electric heating equipment. Because people use it more, they will find that there will be a short circuit between the two leads, so many customers will change their clothes. There is a problem with the magnesia rod and magnesia powder in the coil, so the single-head tube manufacturer is required to change the original 95% magnesia to 98% or even 99% pure magnesia, thereby increasing the possibility that the two leads will not be short-circuited.
Of course, we can't deny that magnesium oxide powder is used a lot. The residual non-modified magnesium oxide powder will absorb moisture in the air, which will cause the heating tube to short-circuit, and then the two leads of the single-head tube are short-circuited. This is not the whole reason. According to our analysis, most of the problems are aperture spaced.
