1. Coating unit

The size of the hot pressing wheel, the level of surface temperature, and the length of pressing time will be related to the volatilization efficiency of residual solvents, the activation degree of glue, and the quality of the bonding effect.
4. Cooling unit
Before curling, the finished product is cooled by a cooling wheel to promote the crystallization of the adhesive, enhance the initial adhesion, and avoid the displacement of the bonding material during coiling.
