What do we need to pay attention to when installing electric heating strips

1. When installing an electric belt, it should not be significantly discounted or stepped on for a long distance. The livestock water tank heater specifically refers to a water tank heating system used in animal husbandry. The silicone rubber heater is mainly composed of nickel chromium alloy heating wire and silicone rubber high-temperature insulation layer. The high-temperature insulation layer of silicone rubber is a thin sheet (with a standard thickness of 1.5mm) composed of silicone rubber and glass fiber cloth, and the silicone rubber heater has good flexibility. The process control during the use of the insulation cover and its impact on the precision rolling process were analyzed. By statistically analyzing, categorizing, and organizing the on-site measured data of the hot rolling production line, the main reasons for the temperature drop of the strip on the intermediate roller conveyor were analyzed.

When connecting the electric heating strip, attention should be paid not to exceed the larger length used by the electric heating strip, which is 100 meters.

3. Conventional gates and flanges shall be constructed according to the legend in the manufacturer's "Guidelines for System Maintenance and Management".

5. The winding method is constructed according to the installation coefficient.

6. The vertical development and application of electric heating strips can be fully adhered with Chinese aluminum foil tape. The heat resistant tape is wrapped radially at intervals of 500mm-700mm and fixed for a certain period of time. The bonding method is to first fix it radially and then use aluminum foil tape to fully adhere it, ensuring that the electric heating strip maintains a close connection with the pipeline system and has a flat appearance.

7. Reserve 1 meter for the power supply and end electric heating strip, and 0.5 meter for the two-way and three-way junction boxes, fixed on the pipeline.

8. It is strictly prohibited to mix the power cord with tropical electrical temperatures lower than the higher surface temperatures in the tropics.

If the heat tracing element is non-metallic, use aluminum foil tape to increase the contact area.

10. Do not tie the wires to the electric heating.

11. The medium of the flange is leaking, so it should be avoided to be directly underneath the flange when winding around the tropical zone.

12. Connect the heating strip to a different power source at one end, and do not short circuit the wiring core at the other end. And cut it into a "V" shape, which can be tightly sealed by using relevant matching heads. When using electric heating strips that can shield the layer and at the terminal, the shielding layer can be peeled off by 10 centimeters to prevent the enterprise from causing a system short circuit. In explosion-proof workplaces, silicone rubber sealing should be improved after wiring.

13. Installation of hot spot measurement requires lower insulation, shielding may require grounding, and insulation resistance greater than 20 megaohms.

After the installation of the electric heating strip is completed and passes the intermediate acceptance, the insulation layer construction can be carried out.

After the external insulation of the pipeline, the insulation resistance should be measured again, and the insulation resistance should be greater than or equal to 20 megaohms.

When the backup system and critical pipelines are used as backup emergency, each pipeline should be installed as an independent line and have an independent power source.

18. The distribution management system for electric heating strips should have safety protection against information overload, short circuit, and leakage, and the load distribution should achieve balanced development of three-phase loads.
