The impact of injection molding time on the quality of injection molded products mainly includes three aspects:
1. Excessive injection molding time can easily cause the product to exceed the optimal molding temperature, leading to poor final molding;
2. The injection molding time is too short to fully fill the mold, which affects product quality;
3. Shortening the injection time increases the shear strain rate in the melt, resulting in greater shear heating and less heat loss due to thermal conduction. Therefore, the higher the temperature of the melt, the lower the viscosity, and the lower the injection pressure required to fill the mold cavity.
