What is the difference between fully automatic and semi-automatic bottle blowing machines?

Automatic Blow Molding Machine Blowing Principle:
When the machine begins blowing, high-pressure gas in the bottle flows through the exhaust pipe of three-way valve 10 and then through check valve 12 into the recovery gas storage pipe 6. After the machine has recovered sufficient gas after one revolution, manual solenoid valve 1 closes the original low-pressure stretching and pre-blow inlet lines. The stretching cylinder and pre-blow air are now supplied by the recovery gas storage pipe. Due to the varying bottle volumes (0.6L, 1.25L, 2.0L, etc.), exhaust valve 9 can be opened appropriately to discharge excess gas through the muffler, maintaining a balance between recovered and consumed gas. If any residual gas remains in the recovery gas storage pipe, it is discharged through 15-bar valve 4. This ensures sufficient flow to allow excess gas to escape. When blowing stops, the manual solenoid valve is opened to supply air to the original low-pressure and pre-blow lines.
Although this system only supplies recycled air to the stretching and pre-blowing sections, which may seem a bit of a flaw, it offers a low investment (around 20,000 RMB for the SBO10/14, depending on accessory prices), a high return (annual savings of 160,000-200,000 RMB), strong independence (the original air supply system can be used in the event of a malfunction or other issue), and high flexibility (simple and convenient installation). This aligns with the fundamental principles of our technological transformation project and makes our products more competitive.
When the machine is idling and not blowing bottles, low-pressure air flows through the original pipeline solenoid valve to the stretch cylinder air storage pipe. The recycling air storage pipe is isolated from the stretch cylinder air storage pipe by a one-way valve, eliminating low-pressure air from the recycling air storage pipe. At this point, the entire stretching air system and pre-blowing system remain in their original, pre-modification state.
The operating principle of the fully automatic plastic blow molding machine is relatively simple. Since it only supplies air to the stretch cylinder and pre-blowing sections, the installation structure is also convenient. However, it is important to maintain a balance between recycled air volume and consumed air volume. Therefore, it is important to maintain a balanced supply and demand for bottles of different sizes. Semi-automatic blow molding machines require manual deburring, while fully automatic blow molding machines offer automated production, eliminating the need for manual deburring. This reduces labor costs and, while maintaining energy consumption, increases energy efficiency. Product quality is high, with a smooth bottle neck. There's no spillage after capping, improving product quality. This prevents lost orders and damage to your company's reputation due to substandard products.
Of course, if your company has low product demand and is just starting out in this industry, a semi-automatic blow molding machine is a good option. We will provide commissioning technicians with comprehensive training on everything from ingredient preparation to molding, as well as machine operation and maintenance. Buying our equipment means peace of mind.
If your company has high demand for plastic barrels, a fully automatic blow molding machine is the right choice. This machine saves labor and eliminates the challenges of labor management. One technician can oversee multiple machines, reducing workload.
