What is the range value of the heater's power deviation?

In the process of production, because the length and thickness of the resistance wire are slightly different, the power of the heater will slightly deviate. This deviation is allowed.

The power deviation range of the heater is given in JB/T 2379-93 Standard for Industrial Electric Heat Pipes: Under the condition of full heating, the deviation of the rated power of the heater shall not exceed the following specified range:

1, for the heater rated power less than or equal to 100W heater: ±10%;

2. For the heater with rated power greater than 100W: +5%~-10% or 10W, take the larger value of the two.

It should be noted that there is a 10% coefficient difference between cold resistance and hot resistance when measuring resistance.

According to the above standard, we can judge whether the heater power deviation meets the standard.
