Short circuit in the circuit
Short circuits can cause distortion in temperature measurement results. The solution is to check for short circuits in the circuit connections, conduct insulation testing, repair or replace damaged cables.
Poor circuit contact
Poor contact can lead to unstable temperature measurement or significant errors. The solution is to check whether the connection between the junction box and the cable is firm, clean the contact points, and ensure good contact.
4. Precautions for thermocouple circuits
When using thermocouples for temperature measurement, the following precautions should be taken:
Before measurement, the electrodes of the thermocouple should be heated to a stable temperature to ensure accurate temperature measurement.
Avoid exposing thermocouples to environments with strong electromagnetic fields or radiation to prevent interference and distortion.
Necessary protective measures should be taken to prevent thermocouples from being damaged by mechanical, chemical, or other external factors.
Due to the time-varying performance of thermocouples, regular calibration should be carried out to ensure the accuracy of temperature measurements.
