The function of the blister machine is very powerful, which can be seen from its molding principle.
The plastic suction machine uses the principle of vacuum pressure to heat the sheet (coil or plate) first, bake it soft, and then put it on the mold. The vacuum pump is used to vacuum, and the air inside the mold cavity is discharged through the mold vacuum hole. The material is adsorbed on the mold and shaped after cooling.
In this way, there are many kinds of plastics that can be made by plastic suction machines. According to material thickness and industry, it can be divided into:
1. Thin sheet plastic parts.
Various blister packaging shells, food and drug trays, fruit cake boxes, daily cosmetics lining, disposable lunch boxes and tableware, electronic industrial trays, cooling tower fillers, beverage cup covers, etc
2. Thick sheet plastic absorption parts
Automobile industry: automobile door panels, ceilings, bumpers, instrument panels, roof boxes, large enclosures, foot mats, boot mats, wheel eyebrows, rain shields, waterproof membranes, ventilation pipes, tent covers, instrument skins, etc.
Case shell: instrument shell, beauty instrument shell, refrigerator liner, refrigerator door liner, water dispenser liner, incubator, blister toy shell, agricultural machinery shell, etc., and capsule shell;
Logistics pallet partition: automobile parts partition, logistics turnover pallet, freight pallet;
Advertising bathroom: acrylic bathtub, advertising plastic characters, vanity, fluorescent lamp shade, logo, traffic sign, advertising light box, etc;
Luggage product series: such as blister trolley case shell, roof trunk shell, car tent shell, tool box, fishing gear bag shell, etc.
Other product series: such as blister canoe, transparent boat, aircraft small table, PC explosion-proof shield, road reflector mirror, etc.
From the perspective of materials, products made by vacuum molding machine can be made into ABS, PC, PVC, PE, PP, PS, PET, PETG, APET, PU, PMMA, HIPS, HDPE, EVA, XPE, TPO, TPV, TPR, acrylic, artificial leather, etc.
