The core material is silicon steel sheet. The silicone rubber heating sheet adopts high temperature resistant, high thermal conductivity, good insulation performance, good strength silicone rubber, high temperature resistant fiber reinforced materials and metal heating film circuits to form a soft electric heating film element. It is composed of two glass fiber cloths and two pieces of pressed silicone. The cabinet dehumidification heater has been rising year by year due to the greenhouse effect in recent years, and the atmospheric environmental factors have gradually deteriorated. The changing climate such as high temperature and high humidity has made the threats faced by indoor power distribution facilities more and more obvious. The oil drum heating belt adopts the soft and bendable characteristics of the silicone heating plate. Metal buckles are riveted on the reserved holes on both sides of the heating plate, and are buckled on the barrel, pipe, and tank with springs. It is easy and quick to install. The silicone rubber heating plate can be tightly attached to the heated part by the tension of the spring, heating quickly and with high thermal efficiency. The silicon in the steel plate can reduce its own electrical conductivity, increase resistivity, and thus reduce eddy current loss. Therefore, the quality of the heater is closely related to the quality of the silicon steel sheet. The quality of the silicon steel sheet is usually expressed by the magnetic flux density. The iron core material commonly used to make the heater is generally black iron sheet with a magnetic flux density of 6000-8000, the magnetic flux density of low silicon wafers is 9000-11000, and the magnetic flux density of high silicon wafers is above 12000. The quality of silicon steel sheets and the orientation of silicon steel sheets also have appropriate connection examples: the YJ30 series bearing heaters produced by Xuanyuan Heating Equipment Technology use non-oriented silicon steel sheets imported from Japan. Compared with ordinary silicon steel sheets, the energy loss caused by the inconsistency between the core magnetic circuit and the orientation of silicon steel sheets is reduced. If the bearing heater produced by non-oriented silicon steel sheets is selected, the energy consumption will be increased by at least 10%-15%.
The winding data is usually produced by copper wire, and its loss is expressed by copper loss. The bearing heater has a suitable and small transformer copper loss greater than iron loss, so the copper wire data and winding data process requirements are very high. High-strength polyester coating coated wire is selected, which has a small resistance value, good conductivity, and the insulating paint layer has satisfactory heat resistance, so it has the function of high-strength polyester coated wire wound air heater.
