What should we pay attention to when operating the injection molding machine?

1. Make sure that the motor and electric power switch are turned off before power transmission.
2. Check whether the circulating cooling water is connected smoothly. When the machine is started and heated, it must be ensured that the hydraulic oil and the circulating cooling water of the barrel are opened and unblocked.
3. If the machine is equipped with a centralized lubricating device, check the amount of oil in the device before starting the machine. Before the oil level drops to the warning line, refill the lubricating oil and fill it to the indicated oil level.
4. When starting the machine, first use inching start (that is, press the motor start button to start the motor, and then disconnect it. After 1-2 seconds, repeat inching start and disconnect for 3 to 4 times. When the oil pump and motor are running, listen for abnormal noise, and stop the operation immediately if there is abnormal noise.)
5. Check the parameters of the machine during operation. First put the machine in the manual state, press the relevant button, and visually inspect the pressure gauge to predict the pressure of each section. When the electric heat is not heated to the set value (the temperature during normal operation), remember not to start the hydraulic motor, operate the feeding, injection, ejection and other actions, otherwise it may cause the machine failure or damage.
6. The first two mold closing buttons (one on the left and one on the right, green) of the machine must be pressed simultaneously with both hands during operation. It is strictly prohibited to operate with one hand: (That is, press one of the buttons firmly with an object to make the button in the conduction state, and then use only one button to operate the other button for mold locking, which will cause broken hands and disability.)
7. Before checking and adjusting the functional parameters of the injection molding machine, the power supply of the motor and oil pump should be turned off as far as possible. If it cannot be avoided, special care should be taken. When one hand operates the keys on the control board of the machine, while the other hand does any work or touches any moving parts on the machine within the scope of the mold locking area, two people are absolutely prohibited from operating a machine: (that is, one person operates the keys on the control board of the machine, while the other person operates or is touching moving parts within the scope of the mold locking area)
8. Operate the horizontal injection molding machine: when the safety door is opened, make sure that the stopper can automatically fall at the mold opening stop position, and do not move the bumper. When the machine is at the mold opening stop but not at the end position, the mechanical safety device will not work. Understand its criticality.
9. Check the safe operation of the machine: put the machine in the manual state, press the mold opening button, and let the machine fully open the mold to the end position. At this time, observe whether the mold opening end position of the machine is at the set position. If the mold opening exceeds the set end position, the machine will fail and the machine will not work;
When the machine is in the manual state, press the mold locking key to make the machine fully lock the mold (to the end of the mold locking position), and then press the red sharp rise switch in the middle of the front of the machine table, the machine will make the mold opening action, and open the mold to the set end position; Or put the machine in the semi-automatic state, start the motor, press the two closing buttons (one on the left and one on the right side, green) on the front of the machine at the same time, and the machine quickly closes the mold. When the mold is closed to the slow action, release both hands, and quickly press the button in the middle of the front of the machine (red, sharp up button). The mold closing should be immediately terminated, and the machine quickly makes the mold opening action, so that the mold being closed is fully opened to the end position. If the sharp up button is pressed, If the mold closing continues without immediate termination, the motor should be shut down immediately to stop the machine for repair;
If the machine is equipped with a mold closing induction device, turn on the machine, start the motor, press the electric heating, mold adjusting and mold opening keys respectively to make the mold open to the set end position, and then carefully place the object in the mold closing induction area with one hand, the induction light will light up, and the other hand will press the mold locking switch. At this time, the mold should be locked without action and will not be closed, or press the mold locking switch with one hand first, and the machine will slowly close the mold downward, At this time, the other hand holds the object and carefully puts it into the sensing area of the mold closing. At this time, the mold closing should be stopped immediately, and the machine should quickly make the mold opening action, so that the mold being closed can be fully opened to the end position before normal use, otherwise, the machine will be shut down for repair.
10. Before checking the machine or doing any work on the machine, and before touching any moving parts and pressure electrical parts, it is necessary to remember the problem of safe operation and cut off the power supply of the oil pump motor to ensure safety.
11. When the nozzle (nozzle) is moving forward (descending), do not remove the salivation resin from the nozzle (nozzle) with bare hands. Stop the injection molding and use tools such as iron pliers (clamps) to remove it, let alone operate it directly with hands.
12. The power switch should be disconnected for the sake of safety and protection of electrical equipment when the work is completed or when the power is suddenly cut off.
