When using explosion-proof electric heaters, you need to pay attention to starting, running, and heating issues

Electric heating, power conversion, and heat transfer oil are used as heat carriers. A circulating gasoline pump is used to transport energy to the heat engine equipment, and then return to the heating furnace for reheating. Due to its low pressure and high temperature of the liquid transported in the pot, it is necessary to operate in accordance with the safe operating procedures. The safe operating procedures of explosion-proof electric heaters should include the operation process and common problems, such as startup, operation, and internal furnace heating.
When the explosion-proof electric heater is started:

When the explosion-proof electric heater is started, safe insulation measures should be adopted. During the insulation process, the active exhaust valve of the expansion tank should be opened, and gas, water and organic chemicals should be mixed with steam as heat carriers to operate normally.

When the explosion-proof electric heater is in operation:

When the heating operation is in operation, organic chemicals are heat carriers and must be used after drying. Different types of organic chemicals are not suitable for mixed use as heat carriers. When mixed, the organic chemical manufacturer as a heat carrier must provide interoperability specifications and regulations before use. Organic chemistry is applied to explosion-proof electric heaters to analyze the residual carbon, acid value, viscosity, flash point and other issues of a heat carrier every year. When two of the analyses fail or the dissolved components of a heat carrier exceed 10%, the heat carrier should be replaced or a heat carrier should be modified.

When heating the inner furnace of the explosion-proof electric heater:

The heating surface of the inner furnace of the explosion-proof electric heater should be maintained and cleaned in time. After the explosion-proof electric heater is used or maintained, before entering the work, it needs to pass the hydraulic test of 1.5 times the operating pressure, and it can be put into operation only after passing the test.
