Will dryer equipment and accessories be affected by thermal expansion and contraction?

Everyone also knows that the heat contact transfer points of dryer equipment and accessories are nothing more than several heat transfer layers and heat transfer points that are transferred from the inside of the dryer through the lifting plate to the steel plate outside the kiln, and then from the steel plate to the tire, the tire to the tugboat, and the tugboat to the carrier wheel shaft. So let's specifically analyze the approximate temperature of heat transfer?
1. Inside and outside the kiln shell: The dryer requires the inside of the shell to be between 1200 and 1300 degrees Celsius, passing through refractory materials and transferring heat to the outside of the kiln until the temperature of the kiln shell steel plate is between 250 and 300 degrees Celsius.
2. Inside and outside of the tire: The contact temperature of the inner cylinder of the tire can reach 200 degrees Celsius, while the temperature of the contact surface between the outer side of the tire and the tugboat is about 120 degrees Celsius.
3. Inside and outside the tugboat: The contact temperature between the tugboat and the tire is approximately 90 degrees Celsius, while the contact temperature between the tugboat and the tire is 36 degrees Celsius.
4. Inside and outside of the supporting roller shaft: the contact temperature between the supporting roller shaft and the tugboat is 28 degrees Celsius, and the contact temperature is 23 degrees Celsius. From the above 1, 2, 3, and 4, it can be calculated that the temperature difference, of which the impact of the tugboat shaft is the smallest, followed by the tugboat and the wheel belt will have a certain impact on temperature, but in general, it is not a problem, because the equipment accessories we cast are subjected to strict annealing and tempering treatment, so we are very confident about the ductility of the tugboat and the wheel belt. However, if you are in a relatively cold area, such as at a low temperature of - 40 degrees below zero in Hulunbeier, it is necessary to take thermal insulation measures for the dryer and production line, otherwise the output of the dryer will be reduced, and accessories are also prone to cracking due to thermal expansion and contraction issues.
