Custom Industrial Electric Infrared Ceramic Heater
Elstein far infrared ceramic heating element is ceramic infrared radiators, which are designed for operating temperatures up to 720 °C. Surface ratings of up to 64 kW/m² can be installed. Elstein far infrared ceramic heating element is made using a full-pour casting ceramic process and are...
Description
Ceramic infrared heater is made out of ceramics.
Custom Industrial Electric Infrared Ceramic Heaters are becoming increasingly popular due to their energy efficiency and superior heating properties. These heaters consist of various materials that work together to produce heat and emit far-infrared rays.
The main component of a far infrared ceramic heater is the ceramic plate, which is made of a unique blend of materials such as silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, and magnesium oxide. These materials work together to produce an evenly distributed heat that is emitted as far-infrared rays.
The inner layer of the ceramic plate is covered with an electric heating element made of nichrome wire. This element generates heat when electricity is conducted through it. The amount of heat produced by the element is controlled by a thermostat, which ensures that the heater operates at a safe and efficient level.
The outer layer of the ceramic plate is coated with a layer of black glaze, which helps to absorb the far-infrared rays and emit them into the surrounding environment.
1. Radioactive properties: a maximum monochromatic radiation components reached 0.9, the normal total radiation rate is greater than 0.83.
2. Thermal response time: from room normal temperature to a constant value of the radiant panel surface temperatures less than 20 minutes.
3. Degeneration of hot and cold resistance: five alternating hot and cold test of no peeling, no cracking.
| Radiating temperature inhomogeneity | ≤ 15% |
| Power tolerance | The rated working voltage ≤ 5% |
| Cold insulation resistance | 500V megger> 2mΩ |
| Thermal insulation resistance | 500V megger> 0.5mΩ |
| Using life | > 3000 hours |

Features
1.Extremely high temperatures, limited largely by the maximum temperature of the emitter
2.Fast response time, on the order of 1-2 seconds Temperature gradients, especially on material webs with high heat input
3.Focused heated area relative to conductive and convective heating methods
4.Non-contact, thereby not disturbing the product as conductive or convective heating methods do
