The forming process of XPE automotive air duct suction molding machine is as follows:
1. The operator will place the roll material into the automatic feeding mechanism, which will feed the material into the set size beam guide rail.
2. The button starts automatically, and the heating furnace automatically moves to the heating zone. The upper heating furnace starts to set the temperature for heating the sheet. (The temperature is set by the operator, and the set parameters will be automatically saved in the local PLC. The PLC can save 30 different pieces of information, making it easy to produce other materials and save parameters of different thicknesses.).
3. The heated material is automatically pulled to the vacuum forming station by the guide rail, and the aluminum grinding tool is installed on the lower mold table to automatically synchronize the negative pressure vacuum forming of the product.
4. Automatically cool the product, equipped with two sets of cooling devices, namely water cooling and air cooling. Our company will randomly equip a 3-horsepower chiller with a water cooling device, which will be connected to a water pipe for water cooling in the customer's factory. The air cooling device is equipped with two fans above the material suction molding area for air cooling.
5. Then pull the beam track to the fixed receiving frame cutter position, and the cutter cuts each mold product horizontally and places it in the receiving box.
6. Transfer the products in the receiving box to the next process equipment for processing.
