Description

Product Detail

The metal electric immersion heaters are designed for the demands of corrosive chemical heating, with a vast array of configurations available such as open tank, screw plug and flange. We offer different sizes as small as 500 watts for laboratory environments and as large as 36,000 watts for industrial applications.

Standard and custom configurations for over-the-side and bottom installations in open tanks. Thermal overtemperature protection standard (except screw plug), and our heaters have certified by CE and ISO9001:2008.

Detailed information:

1. The heaters are made of seamless metal tubes(SUS304, SUS316 and titanium), three elements of diameter 50mm, in "L" shape or "Z" shape.

2. Power of the heaters is designed according to the location of installation, liquid chemical propoties and the deposition of the solid contents in liquid.

3. Hot-zone length of the heaters depends on the power of the heaters, different power, different hot-zone length. And the cold-zone length is flexible, it should be designed according to customers' equipment requests.

4. For safety design principle, the hot-zone of the heaters should be at least 100mm below the chemical liquid level.

5. With voltage of 110V/P, 220V/P, 380V/P, 220V/3P, 380V/3P, 415V/3P and power range from 0.5kw to 36kw.

6. All heaters are matched with overheat protection switch or heat detector.

7. All heaters reach the international standard, which insure the reliability and service life.

FAQ

1.Are you factory?
Yes, we are factory, all customers are more than welcome to visit our factory .

2.What are the available product certifications?
We have certifications such as: ATEX, CE, CNEX. IS014001, OHSAS18001,SIRA, DCI. Etc

3.How to Choose an Industrial Heater?

It is important to consider the specifics of your application prior to selecting the heater to use. Of primary concern is the type of medium being heated and the amount of heating power required. Some industrial heaters have been specially designed to function in oils, viscous, or corrosive solutions.

However, not all heaters can be used with any material. It is important to confirm the desired heater will not be damaged by the process. In addition, it is necessary to select an electric heater that is appropriately sized. Be sure to determine and verify the voltage and wattage for the heater.

One important metric to consider is Watt Density. Watt density refers to the heat flow rate per square inch of surface heating. This metric shows how densely the heat is being transferred.

4.What are the available element sheath materials?
Available sheath materials include stainless steel, high nickel alloy and many others.

5.What Mediums Can Tubular Heating Elements Be Used For?
Tubular heating elements can be used for heating a variety of mediums including liquids, gases, and solids. Tubular heating elements in conduction heaters use direct contact for heating solids. In convection heating, elements transfer heat between a surface and a gas or liquid.
