Mica band heater is also called electric stainless steel mica band heater, mica barrel heater, mica band heating element, mica nozzle heater, which is used for the industrial plastic machine for the heating process. 

The mica band heater is using a SUS304 sheet of thickness about 0.3mm-0.5mm as the shell, in the middle with the high insulated mica sheet for insulation. The heating material is a high-quality nickel-chromium alloy resistance wire with different sizes.
